Role Description:

We seek an experienced professional who can navigate the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.


1.     Google Ads Management and SEO Optimization:

  • –       Create a Google Ad Account and set up Ad Campaigns.
  • –       Recommend and implement the most effective Google Ad types based on industry trends and research.
  • –       Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • –       Conduct extensive keyword research, optimize campaigns, and implement effective SEO strategies.
  • –       Develop and execute optimization strategies to enhance the company’s website search engine results rankings.
  • –       Utilize A/B testing tools and implement Mouseflow on landing pages for insightful user behavior analysis.

2.     Facebook Ads Management:

  • –       Create and manage ad account on Facebook Ad Manager.
  • –       Develop and execute targeted Facebook ad campaigns to reach specific audience segments.
  • –       Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad performance and enhance conversion rates.

3.     Analytics and Reporting:

  • –       Set up and configure Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior.
  • –       Provide detailed monthly reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, outlining key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

4.     Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy:

  • –       Establish and manage advertising campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • –       Stay informed about B2B and B2C trends and features to maximize ad impact.
  • –       Develop and execute effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • –       Design and manage marketing campaigns and sales strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

5.     Web Development Proficiency:

  • –       Hands-on experience with WordPress development, ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing efforts.
  • –       Oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department, including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • –       Set up conversion tags, pixels, and other tracking mechanisms for accurate performance measurement.

6.     Analytics and Reporting Expertise:

  • –       Leverage Google Analytics for in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance and user engagement.
  • –       Apply analytical skills to derive actionable insights and recommendations, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

7.     Lead Generation:

  • –       Create compelling and convertible lead-generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • –       Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.


  1. ·       Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO.
  2. ·       In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, tools, and analytics.
  3. ·       Familiarity with setting up and optimizing ad accounts on various platforms.
  4. ·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. ·       Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant reporting tools.
  6. ·       Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
  7. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
