Job Description

As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes and maintaining a positive employee experience. You will assist with various HR tasks, from onboarding new employees to maintaining HR records and supporting HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and conducting exit interviews.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. This includes personnel files, benefits records, and timekeeping data.
  • Benefits Administration: Support employees with benefit inquiries and assist in administering employee benefit programs.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communications.
  • Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance records, process timesheets, and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Promote and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring all employees are aware and comply with company guidelines.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address routine HR-related questions, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and schedule training and development programs and maintain training records.
  • Reporting: Generate HR reports and data analytics as required by management.
  • Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s HR practices comply.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary:

110K – 130K PKR per month

Please note that it is an onsite job and requires working in US Business Hours.
