Job Description

Touchstone Communications is looking to hire Customer service associates who are fluent in French

The tasks would include but shall not be limited to only:

Accountabilities:

  • · Responding to incoming queries through call (in the assigned language)
  • · Making sure the customer gets to have an appropriate response to the query
  • · Must be a fluent French speaker

Requirements:

  • · Excellent written and oral (French and English)
  • · Attention to detail with the ability to understand and write the response in the required language
  • · International customer support experience would be a plus
  • · Willingness to work night shifts
Candidate must be fluent in French language.
